He didn't move from where he was kneeling on the mat, eyes still closed, ankles crossed, sitting back on his heels. His hands were loose on his thighs and while he looked relaxed, there was also the sense that he could set to motion at any moment.

He did, however, answer her easily enough, even with his eyes closed, "About three hours. I was going to wake you if you went more than four." He did open his eyes then, regarding her for a moment, "How do you feel?"
